• Invited speakers are scheduled for 30 minutes (25-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A)
• Oral contributions for 20 minutes (15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A)
• Flash talks for 5 minutes. Flash talks do not include a Q&A; discussions will take place during the Poster Session.

All presenters are kindly requested to respect their allocated time and all presentations must be uploaded at least 24 hours before the scheduled session using the following link

Each session room will be equipped with standard audiovisual equipment, including a computer, projector, and microphone. If you require any additional technical support, please contact the organizers in advance.

Presenters are asked to arrive at the session room 10–15 minutes before the session starts, introduce themselves to the session chair, and ensure that their presentation is properly loaded.

For Poster Contributions, the poster boards measure 1m x 2m.

Posters should be set up on May 25th between 13:00 and 14:30, and removed on May 27th at 19:00, after the poster session. Please ensure that posters are mounted and removed within these time slots.
